The incumbent will work, under general supervision, closely with lab members and supervisor to manage bioinformatic data and scripts generated by multiple lab projects. The incumbent will contribute to improving the efficiency and reproducibility of lab data analysis. An independent/creative work style is expected which allows finding solutions to data/programming related problems as they occur.

The incumbent will directly communicate with project team members, the specific Principal Investigator (PI) for the project, and PI’s at other universities.
