This leader assists the Associate Dir of Admin Services in overseeing building operations, maintenance, repair, and facilities planning for a complex healthcare facility. SHCC is a 46,000-sq-ft, three-story building housing four clinics, a pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, and pathology. The facility includes 30 exam rooms and 25 restrooms, supporting ~48,000 patient visits annually, with the pharmacy filling over 24,000 prescriptions each year. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including custodial, maintenance, and facilities support to ensure a safe, clean, fully functional environment.
