| The Helpdesk Representative II provides Level 1 and 2 remote technical support to the center's online initiatives including programs such as Early Learning Florida, Lastinger Coaching, and the Math and Literacy Matrix programs. Working remotely, this individual ensures timely problem resolution through recognition, research, isolation, and follow-up steps using problem management databases and help desk systems. Must demonstrate fluency, both oral and written, in English. Spanish and/or Haitian Creole language proficiency is preferred but not required. |

| This position is responsible for the design, development, and facilitation of associate professional learning and leadership development programs. Working with members of the Lastinger Center, this position assesses the training needs of all associates, serves as a training liaison between subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical experts to identify training delivery needs, develop appropriate training to address the targeted needs, and deliver high quality, engaging professional learning to associates. This position also serves as an internal organizational development consultant for teams and managers across the Lastinger Center—Center, including strategic planning, change management, organizational assessments, and retreat facilitation. |
