| The Academic Advising Center (AAC) is seeking a service-oriented Academic Assistant II to provide front-desk reception and administrative support for the AAC and the Pre-Professional advising offices (Pre-Health and Pre-Law). This role serves as a first point of contact for students and visitors, supports appointment scheduling and office operations, assists with communications and outreach, and helps maintain routine tracking and records using UF systems and standard office technology. |
