| The Department of Recreational Sports is currently looking for Youth Programs Counselors to join our energetic team and move Gators towards lifelong wellbeing! Youth Programs Counselors serve RecSports by fostering experiential opportunities throughout the daily schedule of camp activities at various locations for youth participants, ages 6-12 years old.
Successful candidates will begin work late Spring or the beginning of the Summer 2025 semester.

RecSports Student Assistant - Lake Wauburg Challenge Course Facilitator

| Lake Wauburg Challenge Course Facilitators serve RecSports participants by fostering experiential teambuilding experiences for groups that are used to promote, enhance, and support the development of healthy group relationships. Facilitators lead groups through in-person team-building programs (on and off-site), and low and high ropes courses at Lake Wauburg South Shore.
Successful candidates will begin work at the start of Summer 2025.

RecSports Student Assistant - Lake Wauburg Waterfront Lifeguard

| The Department of Recreational Sports is currently looking for Lifeguards to join our energetic team and move Gators toward lifelong wellbeing! Lifeguards will be tasked with overseeing all water based activities and ensuring the safety of our members and guests. Duties at Lake Wauburg include monitoring boaters on the lake, operating a motorized rescue boat, and working equipment rental at the boathouse.
Successful candidates will begin work at the start of Summer 2025.
