This role includes attending Literacy Matrix and Literacy Micro-Credential meetings, updating Literacy-products-related SOPs and knowledge bases, and supporting the Advising and Learner Support team by updating canned responses and templates in systems such as Excel and Salesforce. The Student Assistant will focus on managing information from the Literacy Matrix and Literacy Micro-Credential components, occasionally supporting the Literacy Coaching courses, ensuring course materials are accessible, relevant, and up-to-date. This role is essential to the smooth operation of program-, product-, and course-related tasks and enhances the quality and consistency of support materials for users. |

This student will be responsible for supporting the Administrative/Personnel Management functions within the Advising and Learner Support team. This individual assists with tracking Agent performance metrics, managing essential administrative forms, and supporting the SEAPCA; a training program focused on equipping new hires with skills to handle difficult calls and customer interactions, processes for new hires. This individual will be tasked with adding new hires to the virtual classroom, sending reminders about missing assignments, and offering technical support for those having difficulty submitting assignments. Additionally, the role involves coordinating aspects of new hire onboarding, such as scheduling agent shadowing sessions and managing Outlook appointments. The Student Assistant collaborates closely with the Success Enablement Specialist to integrate mindfulness initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, establishing practices and creating milestones, into the workplace, promoting a positive and productive work environment. This position is vital in streamlining administrative operations to enhance employee experience and performance tracking. |

This position provides critical support across various programs, including literacy coaching, instructional coaching, early learning coaching, and early language and literacy development PK-12. A key focus of this role is on the professional learning implementation for each coaching program, ensuring alignment with best practices and supporting the distinct needs of each area.
The individual in this role will work closely with other Implementation Support Specialists and the Implementation Support Coordinator to design, facilitate, and evaluate professional learning initiatives. These initiatives aim to provide comprehensive support for administrators, coaches, and teachers, from early childhood through grade 12. |
