| The Enrollment Systems Coordinator will define the learner’s experience to facilitate the completion of their professional goals. As a member of the Learning Experiences Team, the Enrollment Systems Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for the Student Information System, serving as guide to navigate the technological and procedural processes necessary to support thousands of learners. This position must be dynamic and collaborative with different working groups within the Center and externally with districts and other partners to plan for and coordinate registration activity, report on registration and completion activity, and improve learner supports at all points within the learner’s experience with the Lastinger Center. |

| In collaboration with the Lastinger Center Director, the Director of Early Learning and Literacy will direct and execute a vision for the Center’s early learning and literacy portfolio, including the development and implementation of evidence-based, technology-enhanced professional development for early childhood and literacy educators and leaders. The Director of Early Learning and Literacy will develop strategic partnerships at the state and national level and cultivate public and private funding opportunities to support the Center’s early learning and literacy portfolio. |

| The Senior Manager for Enrollment will be responsible for overseeing the efficient coordination and execution of learner enrollment, financial services, and advising and support activities at the Lastinger Center for Learning. This role includes managing the administration and configuration of Salesforce, the Center’s Student Information System (SIS). The Senior Manager will ensure that each team operates smoothly, and they will work to implement strategic improvements, oversee policy compliance, and drive operational success in alignment with the Center’s mission of Impact, Scale and Sustainability. |
