This position will be the point person for the New Worlds Reading Initiative’s data, Azure data infrastructure, systems storage & administration, and programming. This role involves implementing, managing, and maintaining databases and data systems/pipelines for the Initiative, as well as managing use of the data to understand impacts of the program, improve its operation, and serve the needs of families statewide. This position will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data security, usability, and availability, develop technical documentation, data dictionaries/schemas, and support with program evaluation and reporting. This position is time-limited and soft-funded. |

The Helpdesk Representative II provides Level 1 and 2 remote technical support to the center's online initiatives including programs such as Early Learning Florida, Lastinger Coaching, and the Math and Literacy Matrix programs. Working remotely, this individual ensures timely problem resolution through recognition, research, isolation, and follow-up steps using problem management databases and help desk systems. Must demonstrate fluency, both oral and written, in English. Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required. |
