Together, they manage and support the comprehensive Cisco VoIP phone network across campus and within UF Health, along with analog devices, voice gateways (VGs), and essential emergency notification equipment, including classroom speakers, elevator phones, and all Blue Light Emergency phones on campus. The team also supports UF REC sites off-campus, collectively maintaining approximately 23,000 devices.
