| The Student Engagement team within the Division of Student Life at the University of Florida consists of the Offices of Campus Engagement, Community & Belonging, Sorority & Fraternity Life, Student Legal Services, and Administrative Services.
Student Engagement serves as the hub for student leaders, student organizations, campus events, and a variety of programs and spaces that help students find and build community. The Student Engagement Fellow described is primarily responsible for putting forward programs that promote community, advising and mentoring students, providing support services for registered student organizations, and working to advance the co-curricular and experiential learning opportunities for our students within the university community. As an integral member within the Student Engagement team, this role works to enhance the student experience by focusing on experiential learning initiatives and provides a variety of opportunities that promote an individualized excellent student experience for every Gator.
This is a time-limited position for one year.

| The Student Engagement team within the Division of Student Life at the University of Florida consists of the Offices of Campus Engagement, Community & Belonging, Sorority & Fraternity Life, Student Legal Services, and Administrative Services. The Office of Community & Belonging serves as the hub for student leaders, student organizations, campus events and a variety of programs and spaces that help students find and build community. The Associate Director of Student Organizations is the lead for 900+ student organizations and their Advisors. This position serves students, student organizations, campus colleagues and partners, and ultimately the Division of Student Life. As part of the Division, Community & Belonging staff work hard to promote an excellent student experience that prepares Gators for an evolving global community. Duties of this position include serving as the lead for all facets related to the management and support of student organizations; student organization registration and training processes; supporting and training student organization advisors; supervising two Program Coordinators, one Graduate Assistant, and the student employees within Student Engagement; and other administrative duties.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Student Organizations within the Office of Community & Belonging.
