| GatorWell Health Promotion Services seeks a Health Promotion Specialist to develop, implement and evaluate a vision for wellbeing across 27 residence halls on the University of Florida campus. GatorWell’s mission is to empower UF students to build their own path toward lifelong wellbeing through prevention, advocacy, and sustainable behavior change. GatorWell envisions all Gators living well, purposeful lives.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, this individual will provide individual student services such as Wellness Coaching for Academic Success and oral HIV Testing; support student success through programming and outreach; targeting materials and outreach to specific student populations at each residence hall; supervise and evaluate student staff; have presence and oversight of two satellite locations in Jennings and Springs residence halls; and advocate for holistic student wellbeing by supporting strategic planning efforts. |

| The Marketing & Communications Specialist II is responsible for strategically planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies in support of University of Florida (UF) student wellbeing. Marketing and health communication skills will be applied across strategies designed to promote healthy behaviors and decision-making, and access to campus resources.
This role will serve as the project contact for managing day-to-day requests from beginning to end across UF Division of Student Life’s Health and Wellbeing portfolio, including Campus Assistance and Resources for Empowerment (CARE), Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC), Disability Resource Center (DRC), and GatorWell Health Promotion Services. |
