We currently have 14 full-time surgeons and follow a shared service model, covering acute care surgery, adult trauma care, surgical critical care, complex abdominal wall and intestinal fistula reconstruction, and burn. Our Level I trauma center provides care to over 5,000 trauma admissions/year, including 17% penetrating trauma volume. Our operative volume for trauma and acute care surgery is over 2,000 cases/year.
