| The Implementation Project Management Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of the Lastinger Center’s projects from initiation through completion. This role involves overseeing internal and externally delivered projects, coordinating project team members, resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget and with high stakeholder and/or partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in project management, facilitating project teams, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully implementing complex projects at scale. |

| The Lastinger Center for Learning seeks a highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable Data Privacy and Compliance Manager to serve as the Center's lead Data Steward. This role will establish, manage, and mature the Center's data governance framework, with a specific focus on supporting our academic research teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity, developing and overseeing data access and sharing protocols, championing data privacy best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., FERPA, IRB requirements, funder mandates), and coordinating the Center’s Data Stewardship Committee. This individual will be instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture that prioritizes ethical data handling, security, and utility for research and innovation. This position is time-limited and soft-funded. |
