| This position provides critical support across various programs, including literacy coaching, instructional coaching, early learning coaching, and early language and literacy development PK-12. A key focus of this role is on the professional learning implementation for each coaching program, ensuring alignment with best practices and supporting the distinct needs of each area.
The individual in this role will work closely with other Implementation Support Specialists and the Implementation Support Coordinator to design, facilitate, and evaluate professional learning initiatives. These initiatives aim to provide comprehensive support for administrators, coaches, and teachers, from early childhood through grade 12. |

| The Implementation Project Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of the Lastinger Center’s product delivery projects from initiation through completion. This role involves overseeing the performance of a team of project managers who will lead individual product delivery project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget and with high partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this manager role will have a strong background in project management, supervising and managing a team, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully implementing complex projects at scale. |
