Working closely with fundraising colleagues, academic leaders, faculty and volunteers, the Executive Director of Development - Regional develops tailored engagement strategies that align donor passions with the University of Florida. Reporting to the Dean of the College of Nursing and the Assistant Vice President of Advancement, UF Health Science Center, this position serves as the chief fundraiser and subject matter expert for the college. In addition to the academic leadership, this position will have a dual reporting line to the Assistant Vice President of Development, UF Health. The Senior Director will help drive transformation change by cultivating a donor portfolio, stewarding donors , and soliciting principal, leadership, and major gifts. This position will lead the College of Nursing advancement team and ensure the success of all development-related programs. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner between the College of Nursing and UF Advancement, collaborating with central fundraising efforts, ensuring the overall success of alumni programs and fundraising goals, and promoting a culture of philanthropy within the college’s internal and external constituencies. |
