The UF/IFAS Extension EFNEP Data Management Analyst I is responsible for developing and maintaining databases used to track, analyze, and report on data collected across the program. The Data Management Analyst I leads the Data Entry Processor through their duties of data entry and review. This role will also lead all program evaluation efforts including but not limited to data collection, submission, storage, management, analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining tools, guidance, documentation, and training regarding these evaluation topics. In addition, this role will train other EFNEP staff on utilizing several reporting tools such as the online database Web-NEERS (Web-based Nutrition Education Evaluation and Reporting System) and internal tools using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps. This position is also responsible ensuring entry and accuracy of data; helping prepare data to submit for federal review; and producing reports as required.
