The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and display expertise in rat behavior, immunohistochemistry, and high field anatomic and function MRI. Advanced experience in behavioral testing of aged rodents, in vivo optogenetic approaches, multimodal 11T and 17T MRI imaging, immunohistochemistry, as well as tissue clearing, and light sheet microscopy is preferred. Candidate will execute experiments in support of laboratory goals and grant commitments as well as assist in the planning and design of experiments. Candidate must have experience in data management and statistical analysis. Responsibilities include training students and other laboratory personnel in animal procedures and testing, laboratory techniques, and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.

He/she assists in building transformer banks and transformer platforms. The incumbent connects, disconnects, and replaces service loops.
