Candidates must be flexible and able to meet changing time commitments as needed. Schedules are varied and are created based on the needs of the museum and include evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays. The Museum Store Clerk, who will be supervised by the Director of Visitor Engagement, is responsible for customer service, transactions, stocking and maintaining displays, cleaning glass cases, dusting shelves, and other duties as assigned. This is a part-time position with variable hours, including nights and weekends.

Regular weekly schedules will be set at the beginning of the semester but may be subject to change. Work hours could include any hours the buildings are open plus additional time after closing. Security Assistants will be primarily assigned to Library West but may work at Marston Science Library and Smathers Library as needed
