| Job Description: |
The Assistant Scientist will conduct routine and advanced research in breast cancer biology, cancer epigenetics, and experimental therapeutics. Research activities will involve in vitro techniques, established cell lines, and in vivo animal models. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data, as well as developing and refining research methodologies to enhance scientific rigor and operational efficiency.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring laboratory personnel, collaborating with internal and external research partners, and contributing to the preparation of research proposals and peer-reviewed publications. The Assistant Scientist will also ensure compliance with institutional and federal regulations related to animal research and laboratory safety.
This is a tenure-ineligible faculty position. The role offers opportunities for professional development and collaboration within a dynamic research environment.
