At the time of application, candidates must:
Hold an M.D. or D.O. degree.
Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
Have completed either an ACGME-accredited Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship or an ACGME-accredited IR/DR Residency.
Possess a current Florida medical license or have an active application in progress.
Candidates must also obtain their IR/DR certification within one year of their start date.
Required Skills and Experience: Applicants must demonstrate experience and competency in the following procedures: Y-90 (glass), DEB-TACE, UAE, percutaneous ablations, TIPS and other portal interventions, pulmonary/bronchial angiography and embolization, PTHD and other biliary interventions, percutaneous nephrostomies, fistulagrams and declots, vertebral augmentation, spine and pain interventions, sclerotherapy, trauma interventions, and arterial/venous/portal/pulmonary thrombolysis, in addition to standard interventional procedures.
An interest in emerging techniques and contributing to the introduction of new procedures into the group practice is strongly encouraged.
