Position Overview: As a Movement Disorders Physician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, and other related conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and improve the quality of life for patients affected by these disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with movement disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to accurately diagnose movement disorders.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions to manage symptoms and improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of movement disorders.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.

Minimum Requirements: |
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology (less than 5 years from training) with specialized training in Movement Disorders.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care, both clinically and academically.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to ongoing research and educational endeavors.

- Valid medical license and DEA registration.
