The UF College of Medicine Office of Medical Education is seeking a Continuity Clerkship Administrator to coordinate medical student clinical training across departments. This role supports primary care education, manages the continuity clinic, and provides administrative support for clerkships and medical education scholarship. Key Responsibilities Include:
Continuity Clerkship Management
- Coordinate continuity student schedules across departments and track participation.
- Develop and maintain clerkship management systems and record-keeping.
- Ensure continuity schedules align with core clerkship requirements.
- Advise students and monitor their progress in the continuity clerkship.
Student Evaluation & Course Management
- Oversee direct observations and evaluations during the MS3 Continuity Clerkship.
- Track student progress, ensuring timely completion of evaluations and case logs.
- Support the Transition to Residency course by managing the LMS, schedules, and assessments.
- Coordinate student attendance, grading, and course materials.
Administrative Support & Reporting
- Assist the Office of Medical Education and core clerkship administrators with training and support.
- Provide administrative support for scholarship initiatives, committee meetings, and policy implementation.
- Manage budgeting, course charges, and fiscal reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit reports, faculty effort tracking, and program evaluations for compliance.
