The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida, Jacksonville is seeking to fill a full-time position in the Division of General Academic Pediatrics for the UF Health Jacksonville Oakleaf out-patient clinic. The position is at a non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Professor and will report to the Chief of the Division of General Academic Pediatrics and Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville.
This position will be a General Pediatrician for our UF Health Pediatric Primary Care clinic at UF Oakleaf. The successful candidate will have ambulatory practice experience and the ability to increase patient volume and service capacity. The major responsibilities for this position will include providing direct care to children, directing day to day operations, growing the patient base, and adhering to productivity and billing expectations.
Participation on committees to represent the Department of Pediatrics and the Division of General Academic Pediatrics as required. Attendance at Department faculty meetings and Divisional conferences as required.
