The overall research program for the Hoffman Lab is developing novel immunotherapies for autoimmune diseases through immune tolerance induction, Regulatory T cells (Tregs) and adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy. The lab employs a diverse array of state-of-the-art tools to accomplish these goals.
The research is fast-paced and exciting, the lab is modern and well-equipped, and there are excellent
opportunities for advanced training in relevant techniques.
