This position will support the tree ecophysiology lab in efforts to measure tree growth, both roots and canopy.  Our lab studies growth and physiology of trees, focusing on citrus, in response to environmental dynamics. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and presenting data on root growth and canopy growth using a variety of methods. Methods include canopy measurements using direct and remote sensing methods and root zone measurements using mini-rhizotron and other root scanning techniques. Other duties include plant care, treatment application, and assisting others in various related studies, and other duties as assigned.
