The postdoctoral position offers advanced training in a variety of areas related to the health service field of psychology. Postdoctoral associates receive advanced training in university counseling services. The postdoctoral program currently offers generalists positions with the possibility for additional specialization in four major areas: (1) Individual and Cultural Diversity Competency (2) Intensive Support (Suicide Prevention and Intervention), (3) Alcohol and Other Drugs Prevention and Intervention, and (4) Psychological Assessment.
