This position is housed in the Department of Occupational Therapy in the College of Public Health and Health Professions. Chief responsibilities are to coordinate the research activities for assigned principal investigators within the Department. The Coordinator will frequently be the community face of the project and must be able to explain the study to internal and external stakeholders who will be involved with all aspects of the research. The project may include survey research, participant recruitment, interviews with key informants, focus group interviews, statistical analysis of existing quantitative and financial data, qualitative analysis of interview transcripts, and routine meetings with internal and external team members. In addition, the project coordinator may be responsible for initiating and organizing meetings with stakeholders, including taking minutes during meetings and assuring follow-up action items are documented and communicated, as well as scheduling key informant and focus group interviews. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the lead PI on all day-to-day project management to ensure coordination and timely completion of various project tasks. Responsibility will also include the development, delivery and wider dissemination of internal and external reports describing the overall project deliverables, accomplishments, and impact.

Reporting to the Director of the Museum, the individual in this position will plan, develop, and manage the physical security and maintenance programs, being responsible for the protection and care of the museum building and objects of art, staff members, and public therein. The Building Maintenance and Security Supervisor is an integral part of the Harn Museum of Art team and will have supervision over security and maintenance staff. This highly responsible position executes numerous administrative tasks that support the overall function of the Museum. Preference will be given to candidates with five or more years of experience in building maintenance and security, particularly within universities or museums. The Harn Museum of Art at the University of Florida has been a cornerstone of the North Central Florida arts and culture ecosystem since 1990. The Conflicts of Interest Program is in need of a part-time OPS IT specialist. The IT specialist will assist with the administration of the UFOLIO (UF Online Interest Organizer) system used for disclosure of outside activities and financial interests, and will also make updates to the COI Program Website using WordPress. The position will generally require 15-20 hours of work per week, but the weekly time commitment will fluctuate somewhat based on work needing to be performed. This position will be needed primarily during regular business hours, but will need to work in the evening occasionally when patches are being implemented. There is no preset schedule for the position, so some schedule flexibility will be available. Experience with Huron software/products is preferred, but not required.
