Job Description:

The University of Florida's Division of Enrollment Management is actively searching for a service-oriented individual to join our OneStop Enrollment Services team. This role supports a collaborative effort between the offices of the University Registrar, Admissions, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, and the University Bursar to provide centralized, student-centric enrollment services.

The OneStop unit serves a high-volume, fast-paced environment, delivering enrollment support to 56,000 enrolled students and 90,000 applicants through virtual, self-service, and in-person modalities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide enrollment services information to prospective and current students and parents, covering all aspects of the enrollment and retention process at UF.
  • Assist students through multiple service channels, including:
    • In-person support at the public information lobby
    • Phone assistance via the call center
    • Virtual appointments through Zoom
    • Email correspondence and case management
  • Respond to inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of enrollment services processes and related resources to provide comprehensive support.
Expected Salary:

$17/hour

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including class break weeks. 
Preferred:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships when working with sensitive and challenging information and situations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate and interpret information.
  • Strong user automated-systems skills, including word-processing, email, and multi-line phone and administrative computing systems.
