The Empowering UF project team is seeking to fill multiple Functional Support Analyst roles in Recruitment or Performance Management. These roles are essential to the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation of our new ERP system. Your expertise will help streamline processes and improve user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business processes, challenges, and system requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• System Configuration: Work with the implementation team to configure ERP modules, workflows, user permissions, and customizations based on organizational needs.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users. Provide ongoing support and resolve issues to ensure smooth system navigation.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing, to confirm functionality and address defects.
• Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, training materials, process workflows, and configuration documentation, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date content.
• Change Management: Support change management initiatives by effectively communicating changes, promoting user adoption, and addressing any resistance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and gather user feedback to inform updates and enhancements.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the liaison between the organization and the vendor, handling requirements, troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing system support.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
