Responsibilities include supervising and developing Disbursements employees, ensuring effective procure-to-pay processes by acting in coordination with the Assistant Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, and providing superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Finally, the technical responsibilities of this position include the management of all business processes, internal controls, accounting records, data analysis, policies, rules, and regulations encompassing vendor maintenance services, voucher processing, disbursements of funds for all account payable (AP) business units, and the settlement of university obligations for goods.

$117,700.00 - $126,400.00

Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience

Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
