Job Description:

The Department of Surgery at the University of Florida is seeking applicants for a full-time tenure or non-tenure track faculty position in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Rank and tenure status will be determined based on education and experience. Fellowship training or substantial clinical experience in microsurgery is desired. This is an exceptional opportunity to build upon a strong clinical base for breast and extremity/soft tissue reconstruction. The Division has a long-standing commitment to both Resident and Fellow education and the new surgeon will be actively involved in the integrated and independent residencies. In addition, applicants will be provided dedicated time to pursue academic interests.

Expected Salary:

Salary is negotiable based on education and experience. 

Minimum Requirements:

This position requires an MD degree; board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship training in breast or microsurgery, unless training and/or practice has provided robust experience.
