The Dean’s Office in the College of the Arts seeks an Undergraduate Student Recruitment and Student Lifecycle Specialist to provide administrative and project management support to the College of the Arts in the areas of undergraduate student recruitment and student lifecycle experience playing a primary role in the planning and execution of student recruitment efforts including events, materials creation and dissemination, and data collection and analysis, serving as a member of the college’s advising and recruitment team, and reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs. Additionally, this position will track and make recommendations related to the overall undergraduate student experience lifecycle; work with other partners in the college to identify articulation and connection points within and between academic programs and campus life; and develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience throughout their time at UF. This requires research, focus group coordination, tracking and reporting on student life experiences. As a culminating part of the student lifecycle experience, this position will assist with the development, coordination, and support of alumni engagement activities, working with other partners in the college to develop and implement activities that both engage College alumni with current students and support alumni in their own work. |

Fan Lab aims to understand genetic causes of rare human diseases using case-control association studies, and improving interpretation of genetic variations using machine learning methods.
