The JWRU building is a multi-purpose facility with over 440,000 gross square feet of public space, including two ballrooms, an auditorium, 20 meeting rooms, a food court, game room, offices, and the hotel with 36 guest rooms. The Reitz Union Hotel serves students, faculty, staff, and guests of the university. This position is responsible for management and oversight of all hotel operations including customer services, reservations, front desk operations, night audit, cash handling procedures and financial records, reports, and inventory control.
