The incumbent serves as a resource for faculty, staff, administrators with non-immigrant and immigration related issues. These responsibilities require the incumbent to possess a comprehensive understanding of detailed and complex federal regulations and procedures related to immigration, in addition to a broad knowledge of applicable university regulations and procedures regarding human resources and compliance procedures from two federal agencies: U.S. Citizenship Immigration and Citizenship Services (USCIS) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
This position reports to the Director, Administrative Affairs to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all assigned responsibilities.
